Americans Staying in CHL?

Have been getting lots of contacts about the legal action that has supposedly resulted in Allen & Rapid City playing in the CHL next season. I'm still out of pocket on my fishing trip but from what I can determine this court action is true but has  only been reported unofficially. It is also unclear if additional court action is possible. My guess (emphasis on guess) is we will be in the CHL. If the teams don't put out something today (Monday) it would make one wonder if something more is going on. I for one, am ready to get this behind us so we can start focusing on the building of the team for next season.
